Well, first of all you need to understand what crystal healing is.

Now wearing crystals and using them for a therapeutic message are vast different!

My honest answer- I cannot personally recommend just wearing crystals for you. My best friend, ironically her name is Crystal, swears by it.

They have never, however, done a thing for me.

The only time they have had meaning for me is when the stone means something (ex. my birthstone)
